Service Description
Working with a client to devise a targeted fitness programme to achieve desired goals. One-to-one attention enables you to take your fitness to the next level - whatever that level is for you and to enable you to live a fit and healthy life. Undertaking a programme of personal training should also focus on a healthy lifestyle and can be combined with nutritional advice and meal plans. Group personal training for between two and four clients is also available – a cost-effective option for couples/friends working towards their goals with each other for motivation.
