A very promising footballer in his youth, Scott’s career plans were devastated when he was badly injured with both legs broken and no possibility of him playing again.This led to a lifelong interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation and when he suffered a full stroke at the age of 40, Scott had a huge hurdle to climb. Determined to get back to living a full life, he had to learn to walk again and set himself the challenge of running the London Marathon.

 


He achieved his goal in 2018 and his long road to recovery also lead him to reassess his life – deciding to use his experiences to help others.He retrained and started Scott Millington Sports Therapy with a view to helping not just athletes and sports fanatics, but anyone of any age who endures daily aches and pains or work-related stresses and strains that can make ordinary tasks so uncomfortable.


Having been hospitalized and seriously ill after his stroke, Scott understands the frustrations faced after injury and how sometimes you feel like you have taken two steps forward and one back. With his help and guidance you can be pain-free enabling you to, once more, live life to the full.
